In the last 25 years, we have earned huge reputation for supplying premium quality metal casting.  Sree Yanam Steel Private Limited, has the latest infrastructure facility that helps to meet the various requirements of a wide range of industries that include Fertilizer, Paper, Chemical, Earth Moving, Mining, Pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing industry etc. Our sophisticated range of products include Jaw Plates, Side Plates, Toggle Bearings, Pit Pins, Track Links, Sigma sections, Bucket Parts, etc.  

Under the able guidance of Managing Director, Mr. K. Subbi Reddy, Sree Yanam Steel Private Limited, has been successful in supplying the perfectly manufactured products in a stipulated time frame. In order to deliver the best of gears, pump bodies, etc., we have installed the latest manufacturing and testing facilities. Presently, we supply our indigenously manufactured Steel Casting products to various prominent agencies like Indian Navy, DRDL, etc.

Manufacturing Unit

Our cutting edge infrastructure facility enables us to manufacture '1 Kg. to 1500 Kg' single piece of casting from any grade of steel. In addition, the generators help in uninterrupted flow of manufacturing activities, thus enabling us to deliver flawless manufactured products in the appropriate time. We, as a team of technocrats and machines operators have been working in close coordination to win the trust and faith of our esteemed customers by producing flawless products on stipulated time frame. And our Research and Development team consistently put efforts to ensure that we have the latest machinery. Some of the advanced range of machinery we use include:

• 450 KW Power Track Inductotherm Make 2.0 Ton crucible induction furnace           
• 200 KW 5 & 100 KW 2 Ton capacity  Heat Treatment Furnace
• All other allied sophisticated foundry equipment, etc.

Warehousing

In more than two decade of our commendable services, the warehousing facility helped us considerably in safe storing of raw materials and manufactured products. The spacious warehouse is  divided into various compartments so that different products can be easily stored and retrieved. Since the products are made of metal, great emphasis is laid upon to protect the facility from dust and varying temperature differences. The warehousing facility is managed by a group of experts who are fully knowledgeable about storing and handling the products. They are provided with the latest material handling devices so that the metal cast are safely moved in and out of the storing facility.
